ICTV has agreed to cover Itasca Community College’s “UnSpun” events this Fall. ICC is offering a series of events, all open to the public that will help you get informed, learn the facts, and see through the spin this election season and beyond. The ICC Associate in Arts Program’s annual shared-text project features UnSpun: How to Find Facts in a World of Disinformation, by the founders of FactCheck.org Brooks Jackson and Kathleen Hall Jamieson.
There are a total of 9 programs in the series. All events are in ICC’s Davies Theater and are approximately one hour unless otherwise noted.
This first program will take place on Friday September 14 from 9:00 to 11:00 am. This program is the Affordable Care Act Forum.
All of these events will be listed on our Information Central Channels 5/35 or here on our ICTV website at www.watchictv.org.
