ICTV recently received the newest season of ECHO, season seven, in the mail. These programs are regularly submitted to us to play, and they cover important informational topics. ECHO stands for Emergency Community Health Outreach. The second Tuesday in March is Township day.  Elections were held in Harris Township.   Supervisor Gary Rosato and Township Clerk Michele Smith were both running unopposed.
