Not everyone gets excited about numbers.  Well, maybe if you win the lottery or get a pay bonus.  But, today, I am excited about numbers--numbers that added up nicely.  ICTV is a small enough non-profit to not have to complete a full audit of its financial statement each year.  Our Board reviews the numbers monthly, we file our required federal and state forms and provide documentation to a host of entities over a given year.  However, the Board decided we should see how the numbers, procedures for handling money, and policies managing YOUR contributions stand up.  The Audit is complete and ICTV came through nicely.  It all adds up.  One investment needed to change the way it was recorded and few classifications needed adjusting to meet generally accepted accounting practices, but the Auditor said it was a good audit.  If you'd like to see a copy, please email, ictv@watchictv.org and we'd gladly share an electronic copy of it with you.  We are proud to provide quality local public access television AND in a fiscally sound manner.
