Hello there! Welcome back to another edition of Intern Insight.

This past Sunday, my assignment was to cover the 41st Annual Itasca Vintage Car Club Show. Along with getting some wide shots of the abundance of cars at the show, I was able to get interviews with six of the car owners who were in attendance showing off their slick rides. The interviewees were from Cook, Superior, Duluth and Sauk Centre, while the other two were from Grand Rapids. If you missed the car show, or want to re-live the annual event again, tune into ICTV starting this Sunday (8/5) at 5:30pm on ICTV channel 2/32 and you can do just that!

On Tuesday, I had my first solo-try at filming an edition of the Summer Concert Series. The featured act was the Ophoven family. The talented group entertained a packed house at Community Presbyterian Church! Check out Cole’s post to read more details about this latest installment of the Summer Concert Series.

This weekend will be busy as well for this intern. Tonight (Friday), I’ll be co-filming the Children’s Theatre production at the Reif Center. Come Sunday, I’ll be hanging out with Trond in downtown Grand Rapids to shoot the Tall Timber Days Parade. It should be a great time!
