At ICTV it’s all about technology.  We use technology every single day.  When it works it’s awesome but when it’s on the fritz it causes problems.  If you’ve tried to call the ICTV office today you might have noticed that you weren’t able to talk to a live person.  ICTV is on the campus of the Grand Rapids High School and the district is in the process of upgrading their phone system from an analog to a digital system.  Since ICTV and the Reif Center are also housed on the campus of the high school we’ve been without phone service for most of the day.  It’s been really quiet without any phones ringing.  We’re sorry if this has caused problems for people trying to get ahold of us but with change it sometimes creates problems.   Since our phone system is new, I can’t guarantee that we won’t have any problems in the future.  If you cannot reach us by phone the next best solution is email.  Contact us at ictv@watchictv.org or visit our website at watchictv.org.
