
My Sons Favorite Baked Fish Fillets
Description
Here's a recipe to bake fish fillets using a bit of butter, lemon juice and seasonings. It is sure to make you savor the taste of the fillets in your mouth with every bite. It is a quick dish to make, and is easily adaptable to your needs. Great for a simple fish entree that will fill you up with that good stuff.
Ingredients
- 2 lb fish fillets (cut in serving size)
- 2 green peppers
- 2 onions, sliced
- 1⁄4 c melted butter
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 t salt
- 1 t paprika
- pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt butter in glass baking pan.
Remove pan from oven and add lemon juice and spices. Layer fish on top of sauce and turn over a couple of times to saturate fish. Layer onions and peppers on top. Cover with foil and bake for 45-60 minutes till fish flakes easily.
