The Itasca County Planning Commission and Board of Adjustment meetings are aired live on ICTV, and recorded for playback in-between the monthly meetings. This government entity consists of five County Board appointed members, representing the five different districts in Itasca. The commission/board is responsible for implementing Itasca County Ordinance relative to holding public hearings before any zoning ordinance text amendment, zoning map amendment, conditional use permit/revocation, preliminary planned unit development application, preliminary subdivision, variance and other appeals that may be approved by this board, or recommended for approval of the Itasca County Board of Commissioners.
