Itasca Community Television Inc., is a non-profit organization established to provide local content to area TV cable television providers. It is funded by a service agreement with the Grand Rapids Area Cable Commission, grants, service fees and memberships.

Health Views is a monthly ICTV program produced by Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital with host Colleen Swanson. The focus of Health Views is to explore different health related topics with people in the know. Good health is an important part of life, and building an understanding of the fundamental workings of it is what Health Views is all about. The show is recorded at Grand Itasca Clinic and Hospital in Grand Rapids.
