Description

This is a wonderfully creamy frosting that goes well with pumpkin bread, carrot cake, chocolate cake, on cookies, or between cookies. It is a combination of cream cheese and butter that is simply delightful!

Ingredients

  • 1 c butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 2 lb powdered sugar
  • 3 t vanilla

Instructions

Mix the butter and cream cheese very well, then add powdered sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Frost cake and decorate cake with crushed walnuts, lightly toasted coconut or leave plain.
